Jeferson García is a professional chef with a 14-year career in gastronomy, forging his experience in renowned international cuisines. Graduated from SENA, he has worked in restaurants such as Boragó, 99 and 040 in Chile, Santa Teresita in Punta del Este, Uruguay, and Central in Peru. Additionally, he traveled to Europe and Asia, where he worked in prominent Michelin-starred kitchens, including Gaggan and GA in Thailand, as well as Amass, Jordnaer, Alchemistes, Kadeau and Relae in Denmark. His talent and dedication were recognized with a scholarship at the MAD ACADEMY. In 2021, Jeferson returned to Colombia to take on the role of chef at ODA. He currently leads Afluente, his own project as founding chef.
